DeliveryWe have two delivery services to select from, standard and special delivery, please select which service you prefer when placing your order. Standard DeliveryWe will aim to dispatch goods received by 2pm on the same working day. For orders received after that time, these will be on the following working day dependent on the volume of orders on that day. Currently, our standard delivery method for addresses within mainland United Kingdom is Royal Mail’s standard first class tariff service. Your parcel should arrive within 2 to 3 days of dispatch. Out standard cost for this is £4.95. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, please contact us on 0141 644 5211 and we will organise delivery. Special Delivery
For any special delivery requirements, including delivery out with the United Kingdom, please call us on +44 141 644 5211 and we will be happy to organise delivery. We will continue to review our delivery rates and look to improve where possible. ReturnsIf for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your goods, you may return them for an exchange or full refund within our 14 day period. Returns should be sent to 12 Waterside Gardens, Carmunnock, Glasgow, G76 9AL. Please complete the ‘Returns’ form which you will find enclosed with your order and mark the package ‘Returns’ in order to help us process your return speedily. The only cost to you will be for return of the goods to us. We ask that any goods returned to us are done so unused and in the original packaging. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for any goods which you are returning. We will aim to process all returns within a three day working period and will email or write to you to confirm when the refund has been processed. CancellationsYou have seven working days in which to cancel the contract and return the goods to us after receipt of the goods. Contact us on 0141 644 5211 to advise us that you wish to cancel your order. Where the order processing has already begun, we will not be able to cancel your contract prior to the receipt of the goods, as this may interfere with many other orders being processed at the same time. If any of our goods are found to be defective, we will bear the cost of returning the goods and provide you with a replacement or a refund. |
